If your order/items are defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Support@DangleIt.com and we will be more than happy to help. Since each item is made to order, we are only able to guarantee the possibility of a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or return for the reasons listed.

100% Scent Satisfaction

Our 100% Scent Satisfaction policy states, " If you are not completely satisfied with the scent you selected during checkout, contact us within 14 days of delivery via email at ScentSatisfaction@DangleIt.com and we will make it right." 


In order to "make it right," we may request the customer to:

- Return the order to our address. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return/exchange.

- Send photo evidence of a destroyed item.


"Making it right" may include, but is not limited to:

- Apologizing

- Issuing Store Credit

- Issuing a partial refund to the order's original payment method

- Issuing a full refund to the order's original payment method

- Issuing a replacement(s)


We reserve the right to deny any requests of replacements or refunds.
