The process was seamless! Love that you get to approve the proofs before they’re shipped out. They came and look exactly like the pictures we sent in - not pixilated at all. I haven’t used them yet so not sure how long the smell lasts but they smell good through the plastic. Definitely recommend this - a perfect gift idea too.
