Photos

Do I need to crop my photo?

No, our team of talented designers will edit, crop, and cut your Dangle at no extra cost. The only thing you need to think about is which photo you are going to dangle next!

What photos are best?

High resolution photos with good lighting that are straight on and feature the entire face/body/car will produce the Dangles.

Can I use more than one face?

Yes, make sure your photo includes both faces and select "Just The Face(s)" during checkout.

Is the photo printed on both sides?

Yes, our air fresheners will feature your submitted photo on both sides. Your photo will be mirrored on one side in order to maintain its custom shape.

Can I upload a photo of something other than a pet?

Yes, as long as your photo complies with our Logo, Celebrity, and PG Policies we will be more than happy to create a Dangle with any photo!

Can I use a logo?

We are not legally allowed to use copyrighted logos, images, characters, phrases, or bitmojis without the express permission of the owner. If you are the owner of a logo that you would like to use, please email it to Support@DangleIt.com prior to ordering.

Can I use a photo of a celebrity?

We are not legally allowed to profit off the likeness of a celebrity or athlete without his/her permission.

Our PG Policy

We want to be respectful of other drivers and passengers and have a PG Policy that prohibits us from applying an inappropriate image or gesture to our Dangles.

Orders

What is the Dangle It 100% Scent Satisfaction?

If you are not completely happy with the scent you selected during checkout, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.

How many air fresheners come in an order?

Our Dangles are sold individually, unlike most other companies that have a 100 minimum order quantity.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders usually take about 8-10 business days to ship out and are shipped via USPS First Class mail (3-5 day transit time).

Can I change/cancel my order?

Whether or not you can edit your order depends on where it is in our system. If you would like to edit your order, please reach out to us via email at Support@DangleIt.com and we will be more than happy to help.

Can I pay to get my order sooner?

We currently process orders in the order they are received.

Local Laws

Some local laws prohibit hanging things from your rearview mirror. While there are plenty of places you can dangle you Dangle, if you want to hang yours from your mirror, please check your local and state laws first.

My order appears to be stuck in transit

If your tracking link shows that your order has been stuck in the same city for a few days, your order may have been lost in transit by the USPS. Please reach out to us via email at Support@DangleIt.com and we will be more than happy to help.

My order was never delivered

Try checking with neighbors and other members of the household. Usually when the tracking shows that your order has been delivered, but you never received it, another member if the household grabbed it from the mailbox or it was accidentally delivered to a neighbor. If they didn't see it, please reach out to us via email at Support@DangleIt.com and we will be more than happy to help.
