I think it's so cool how crystal clear the images come out. It makes me smile ear to ear seeing how pristine the image and dye-cutting comes out. And the packaging...chef's kiss. During the buyer's creation process, I'd love to be informed about the approximate production and delivery timeline. The tracking is amazing, but it would be a great courtesy to know for gift-buying and timely purchasing before pressing "go!" This was a gift for myself so it didn't matter when it arrived, hahaha. Oh! What would be really cool is if you guys allowed customers to save their previous purchases onto their profile for quick re-orders. This new purchase was replacing my original purchase a few years ago that had become a little sun-faded (understandably so), but I can't find the image anywhere LOL. I'll have to scour some old hard-drives to see if I still have the picture. lol. Anyway. Keep doing your thing!
