I got 4 of these; one of each of our pups so all 4 of us could show them off. Didn’t get a pic of my daughter’s because she took it so quickly to put in her car! Every time someone gets in our vehicles, not only does it smell great, but it makes everyone smile and comment on them. We love them so much!

Placed my order for two items, I waited 3 weeks and decided to reach out as I wanted to receive it before Xmas. The customer service rep replied and said that the quality of my items needed to be revised but assured me that they would have this fixed and shipped so that I would receive my items by Xmas. That holiday came and went, they stopped replying, another 3 weeks go by before the same rep finally replied again without offering any form of refund for setting false assurances and I finally received my order after 6 weeks. The product quality was standard, nothing great. Will not purchase through them again given the amount of other options out there.

Very disappointed that I placed the order almost a month before Christmas and got an email on 12/11 that my order would ship 12/12-12/16. With arrival by 12/23!! However, it did not arrive until 1/3/25.
My daughter was home from Spain, for whom this was a gift, and to mail it her is an additional $15. There is no reason it should have taken so long. If you knew orders were so backed up, why would you use USPS rather than UPS or FedEx which would have ensured a much quicker delivery!

The item itself it beautiful. The picture is great quality and it smells nice. I am very disappointed in the communication during the shipping process. It was ordered for Christmas but the items were received after January 7. My opinion is that the company did not plan well for Christmas and was not able to handle the influx/volume of orders. I will order from the company again but will make sure to allot enough time for shipping if its a Christmas gift.

These are so neat! They came out super clear and are great quality. I like how I can reuse it as an ornament or hang it anywhere after the scent is gone. Shipping took a while but it was around the holidays. Definitely worth it and will order again with more pictures.

Came out super well. I chose “just the heads” with two pictures and was really surprised by how high the quality was. I ordered two sets of two. Both look great. Pine was not bearable to actually use as an air freshener, but the coconut was good.

Picture quality on the air freshener was great! It's fairly pricy for what you get but was a cute stocking stuffer. It took much longer than expected to arrive-almost a month-and two weeks longer than their "expected delivery date" notifications.

Love how the air fresheners turned out! My only complaint would be that it took a long time for the item to ship…my order said that it was prepared for a couple of weeks before it actually shipped. I emailed customer service and they gave me the excuse of it being the hoslidays (which I understand), but I ordered the product in November and I didn’t receive it until sometime after Christmas. I would still order the product, but I would just keep in mind that it may take a while to receive it.

I love the Air freshener, but unfortunately I ordered on November 30th and was promised upgraded shipping to get it by Christmas the label was made on Dec 18th and didnt mive till after Christmas as it was a Christmas gift and was very late. And it did not come till January 3rd, my emails were unanswered, still from December 20th to 27th till I received the product. And they are still not answered.

I love your Dangle product, and the photo's turn out beautifully. The only thing I'd change (and the reason I didn't give you 5 stars) is the scent. I had chosen pine as the scent for all of my Dangles, thinking it would be the most commonly pleasant for people, but it's the worst smelling pine scent I've ever smelled. Some of the recipients are waiting for the scent to dry out/go away before they hang their Dangles in their car. I don't know about the other scent options, but 100% of the people I gave Dangles to this Christmas really didn't like the scent. Thought you should know. Love your work. Thank you.

The shipping took longer than expected but it was during Christmas so it was expected. The product itself is great! I would definitely buy again. The new car scent smells more floral than anything, so next time I'll chose a different scent. If you're on the fence about ordering, let me tell you it is worth it. Picture quality is good and it's firm with a strong scent that lasts. Overall, a wonderful product.

This is the second time I've ordered for car air fresheners featuring our family dog. The first time I ordered around Valentine's day and had no issues whatsoever. This time I ordered on December 2nd for pre-Christmas delivery. When they missed the expected ship date of 12/17, I emailed them. I received a personalized response telling me that they hadn't adequately prepared for the number of orders they received, but that they'd ship my order by the end of the week and pick up the priority shipping to deliver by Christmas. That didn't happen and when I emailed a second time, I got no response. My order delivered 1/4/25. While I love the product, I was very disappointed in the delayed fulfillment and poor customer service.

The air freshener is well made, but the shipping process was terrible. Took over a month for my air freshener to leave the “prepared” stage, and that was only after I finally emailed customer support asking where my package was.
